DealJudge is a used car deal analyzer that provides:

  • Risk flag detection
  • Negotiation scripts and offer strategy

3. Pricing and Payment

DealJudge offers one free analysis per device with no account required. After the free analysis, a subscription of $4.99 USD per month provides unlimited analyses. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated price. You may cancel anytime.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of our price estimates (market conditions vary)
  • The accuracy of repair cost forecasts (actual costs depend on many factors)
  • The completeness of risk flag detection (some issues may not be detectable)
  • That negotiation scripts will result in any specific outcome

Our analysis is intended as a helpful tool, not as professional advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before making a purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealJudge and Technium Foundry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Inaccuracies in data or estimates
